questioning Sarah Palin

For a politician that claims to be a forward-viewing "Country First" centrist-minded maverick bipartisan agent of change, the choice of Sarah Palin is curious.  Upon closer examination, Palin's views are reminiscent of right-wing radio talk show hosts and Fox News political pundits.  Her ideas are more aligned more with Michelle Malkin and Ann Coulter than Joe Lieberman and Tom Ridge.  Her record is that of a fundamentally religious conservative culture warrior hell bent on deconstructing FDR's New Deal.

I'm not questioning Sarah Palin, I just find it curious for John McCain to speak one way and act another.

I'm sending this out as a letter to the editor to as many swing state newpapers I can find online.

Short and punchy.

America cannot be a heartbeart away from a fire-breathing neocon fanatic.

That's the problem:

NO ONE is questioning Sarah Palin, the Republics have created a force field around her that even sci-fi buffs would find hard to believe.

And, they are being absolutely arrogant about it.

"You want to interview Gov Palin? SHE has nothing to say to you Elite Media Bastards, just go F-yourself!"

SHe IS already Dick Cheney!!!

If the media doesn't start calling out this BS, then who knows, they may pull this card trick off.

Get typing and hit those send buttons out to every newspaper editor in the nation.

If I had to make a prediction right now, I'd say Barack Obama is going to be the next president.

Re: questioning Sarah Palin (none / 0)

Yes! I have never been so afraid as an election approaches as I am now. Reading people's comment, "She is just LIKE ME" sends chills down my spine. I didn't know there were so many censoring, anti-environment, pro-big oil, gun-loving, anti-choice, persecute gays, shopping-at-Walmart-is -patriotic, even-thought-my-family-earns-over $200,000-a-year-we-are-blue-collar, religious-ideal-over-concrete-progress types in the good old U.S.A. I myself grew up in a small, rural town in VA, and there were people like this, but the idea that they were the only game in town is ridiculous. Palin was stopped when she tried to fire her town's librarian, who wouldn't remove/censor books, by her own townspeople's objections and protests!

And just where the HECK is this woman now that the convention is over? Did they hide, muzzle, or drug her into silence?

After seeing the entire Reverend Wright scandal played out in the press, where are they now in examining the link between Palin's church and her policies?

Just want to remind everyone that Sarah Palin's son is shipping out to Iraq this Thursday, September 11.  I'm sure she wants to spend a few days with her son out of the media spotlight.
